spokesman for the St Louis mayor confirms cops deliberately turned off police car dash can before kicking suspect in the head and tazing him



and though the cops claim to have found a semi-automatic, marijuana, and ammo... and then dropped the charges.

Something is fishy, and it's not the donuts. Looks like 8 cops to take down and beat the hell out of 1 18 year old. Huh, why would they need to beat him up for a speeding ticket?

  1. All police dash cams should have a keyed, tamperproof on/off switch that only the shift supervisor or maintenance crew have access to. Also, make it an offence to block the view of these cameras (so that "whoops, I dropped my doughnut on the camera" won't cut it either).
